The collapse of the Soviet Union left generations with limited opportunities. We help the most at-risk to learn job-specific skills, develop their confidence and to find work and change their lives.
This winter, Ukrainians need you more than ever. Will you help save lives and keep them warm?
Donate TodayThe collapse of the Soviet Union left generations with limited opportunities. We help the most at-risk to learn job-specific skills, develop their confidence and to find work and change their lives.
We support young people in Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda who, due to the intergenerational impacts of poverty, Genocide, or HIV/Aids, find themselves excluded from the job market.
We improve the well-being of young people, and support with employment for adults, who are internally displaced and traumatised by the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Dasha and her 2 sons fled her town east of Ukraine when it was invaded by Russian separatists. They now live in Kyiv.
Dasha has a law degree and experience working with a law firm but as she is classed as an Internally Displaced Person she was unable to secure a job. This was until she saw an advert from a Jewish organisation offering sewing repair classes as part of our employment training.
