The UK Government has announced the award of a major new contract to World Jewish Relief working in partnership with the British Council, to provide support for UK-based Ukrainians who have fled the war in Ukraine.

We mourn the loss of Sir Ben Helfgott. Ben was a very close friend of World Jewish Relief, a highly respected member of the Jewish community, a committed Holocaust educator, British Champion for weightlifting, captain of the Olympics weightlifting team, and a proud husband, brother, father, and grandfather to his large and thriving family. His passing will be acutely felt across our community.
