Location:    This role is currently working from home/flexible working 3 days a week and in North London based office 2 days a week (NW2). We encourage flexible working/working from home when and where appropriate but do require some time in the office with the UK Programmes Team.

As UK Programmes Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Programmes UK in all programme management, administrative, and financial tasks. You will also line manage the UK Programme and Finance administrator who will support the team in financial and administrative tasks. The UK Programmes Team currently manages two large programmes: Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) and the Refugee Employment Network (REN) as well as a Women’s Programme which is currently in the design phase. You will spend most of your time on STEP (roughly 80%) and the rest supporting the team with REN.
