We are the UK Jewish community’s leading international development and humanitarian agency. We tackle poverty, helping the world’s poorest Jews and reaching beyond our community. 

The post holder will join World Jewish Relief’s Fundraising and Communications team, an energetic and ambitious 11 person department. You will work alongside our Digital Communications Manager, Marketing Officer and Fundraisers to create exciting campaigns, ensuring that there is team collaboration on all major output and consistency of messaging throughout.

The Communications and Campaigns Manager will be a passionate and vocal advocate of World Jewish Relief’s work, seeking to influence supporters, press, media and the wider Jewish community. You will immerse yourself in our operational activities to understand what we do, how we do it , where and with whom. You will bring intellect and substance to our communications ensuring that we are recognised as experts in our field, able to change the lives of those we assist. You will rapidly be able to speak thoughtfully on complex issues of international humanitarian and development assistance. Where possible we will assist you to travel and see our programmes in operation. You will be the first point of contact for all press and media, proactively developing content and campaigns to strengthen the profile of the organisation.
